Back in July 2010, we shot a short film from OliveSancho Productions called Case File: The Smell of Lorne (Directed by Anthony Bromberg). Then proceeded to do the post production sound for it as well. Good News! Case File: The Smell of Lorne won a Platinum Remi Award for Best Original Narrative Comedic Short at WorldFest (Houston, TX). This film was shot in Pfugerville and Austin, TX. We recorded all of the sound effects in house as well as the foley. The score was written by Howard Ho out of California and edited by Randy Sanchez in Houston.

I’d have to say beyond the sound itself my favorite moment was in the kitchen when we were taking a perfectly good kitchen and making it look like the aftermath of a fire. Very fun!
